Good Health is the gift of Allah, everyone in this universe wants to be in the best condition of health. To maintain good health we have some useful and easy health tips here. So you must follow it and remember us in your prays. May Allah give you Good Health.

1. Be sure to eat a clove of garlic daily.

2. Be sure to use boiled eggs for breakfast.

3. Use an apple for breakfast.

4. Use dry bread instead of ghee bread.

5. Drink 12 glasses of water a day in any case.
