Salamabad: The arrest warrant of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan has been issued.
The Area Magistrate of Margalla Police Station has issued an arrest warrant for former Prime Minister Imran Khan in the case of threatening female Magistrate Zeba Chaudhary.
The arrest warrant was issued in the case registered on August 20 in Margalla police station, the case has sections 504/506 and 188/189 against Imran Khan, the number of the case registered against Imran Khan in Margalla police station is 407.
Section 506 was registered in the case for making threatening statements.
It should be remembered that on August 20, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf Chairman Imran Khan announced to file a case against the IG and DIG Islamabad for the alleged torture of Shehbaz Gul, and during the speech, Imran Khan mentioned the name of the female magistrate who remanded Shahbaz Gul. He was also threatened.
The day after the speech, a case was registered against Imran Khan under the Anti-Terrorism Act, but later the Anti-Terrorism Court of Islamabad ordered the transfer of the case against Imran Khan to the Sessions Court under the orders of the Islamabad High Court. .
Today, Imran Khan submitted an affidavit in the contempt of court case on the issue of insulting words related to a female judge, but clearly refrained from apologizing.
In the affidavit submitted by Imran Khan in the Islamabad High Court, it was said that I will fully comply with what I said in front of the court at the last hearing.
In the affidavit, Imran Khan said that during the hearing, he realized that the red line may have been crossed in the speech on August 20. If the judge gets the impression that the red line was crossed, then he is ready to apologize.
Yesterday, Imran Khan also appeared in the court of female judge Zeba Chaudhry, but the police closed the room of the female judge and told her that Judicial Magistrate Zeba Chaudhry was on leave.
Imran Khan while talking to the reader said that you should be a witness, and tell Zeba Chaudhry that if her heart was hurt, then Imran Khan came to apologize.
